For new members: Welcome to the Shore Cycle Club! We look forward to meeting you. Please print out and complete the form below. Mail it with your check as noted at the bottom of the page.

For current members: If your membership is due to expire within 30 days, mail your check and this form in now for renewal. Delays in renewing may result in your name getting dropped from our contact list.

Annual membership fee is $20.00 for one person, $25.00 for a couple. Members must be age 18 or older. Annual Membership Period is January 1 through December 31.

FOR ALL USING THIS FORM: WE MUST HAVE THIS SIGNED RELEASE TO PROCESS YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/RELEASE

I/We recognize that bicycling is an activity with danger of injury to people and/or equipment. I/We take responsibility for personal actions and behavior while in any activity sponsored by the Shore Cycle Club. I/We will not ever claim any damages as a result of injury during any activities held by the Shore Cycle Club. I understand that helmets are required on all SCC-sponsored rides.
